Our pole flow classes mix pole dancing with contemporary and balletic movements to create beautifully flowing choreography. All levels welcome at this mixed ability class but basic pole experience is advised..

Every great pole routine needs floor work and our hips & heels classes will teach you just that. We offer beginners & advanced classes to challenge you, whatever your experience.

Advanced Mondays 7pm

This choreography based class combines pole dancing and heels work to bring together sexy routines. You'll feel both challenged and empowered in this class. 

Join us: Mondays 8pm 

This is a class based on ground based moves and balances using the floor and the pole, and sometimes each other. 

Join us: Wednesdays 8pm 

This class is based on a pole circuit to help improve strength and stamina. Prepare to sweat at this fun but challenging class.
